About Us

CAA Club Group's IT department is looking for a System Analyst with technical skills to join the team. In this role, the System Analyst will deploy and support production applications for Travel Insurance line of business.

Position Details

Who You Are
•    4+ years’ experience in support of .NET web & windows solutions including web services
•    Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server and IIS
•    Ability to write T-SQL scripts to extract data from SQL Server databases
•    Ability to read HTML and XML content
•    Understand the software development cycle
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and TFS
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•    Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
•    Experience with Dynatrace is an asset
•    Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux is an asset
•    Familiarity with Travel Medical Insurance industry is an asset
