Position Details
What you will do:
- Contribute and maintain the digital properties for insurance companies across all touchpoints
- Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for B2B and B2C as well as maximize lead generation/conversion
- Improve the user experience of websites and other digital channels, optimizing usability and engagement.
- Create comprehensive end-to-end experiences, maintaining adherence to brand standards and meeting compliance requirements
- Create storyboards, context scenarios, and high-quality user flows to facilitate the development of exceptional user experiences.
- Ensure alignment of key messages, goals, and overall experience.
- Lead QA execution and complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Utilize content management systems and web content to manage and update digital assets
- Apply SEO knowledge to optimize digital content and improve search engine visibility
- Monitor the quality and integrity of digital channels, promptly addressing any issues
Who You Are:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce and/or digital user experience
- Possess expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, including organization and time management
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- General knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize and be flexible and responsive to dynamic situations
- Proven ability to develop effective, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies
- Strong analytics skills, with the ability to pull data, analyze data and derive insights, recommendation, and test ideas
- Exhibit a passion for learning new technologies and tools in the digital space
