Position Details
What you will do:
- Planning and execution of identified integrated marketing campaigns involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop campaign briefs from strategies developed in planning sessions
- Leverage consumer research, insights and data analytics to help team to formulate marketing strategy and recommendations to meet business objectives
- Develop creative briefs in collaboration with Creative Services team to ensure all communications meet the briefing requirements and support the CAA Brand
- Track annual integrated marketing budget (production) for individual campaigns
- Initiate post campaign research by leveraging expertise and insights to optimize activities and future campaigns
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and tools to execute with excellence and enhance Integrated Marketing Team capabilities
Who You Are:
- College diploma or University degree, with focus on marketing, business, strategy, or community relations being assets
- Action-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate with all levels and foster collaborative internal and external relationships
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and thrive in an environment of changing priorities while delivering high quality client support
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and creative problem solving
- Marketing campaign execution (combination of events, traditional media and digital channels)
- Prior experience in creative brief writing, project and budget management
