Who we are

Our Legal and Compliance department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as an Executive Administrator.     

Position Details

What You Will Do

• Coordinate Board and Committee meetings
• Collaborate with Corporate Secretary to develop meeting agendas and work plans
• Attend Committee meetings and transcribe minutes as assigned
• Coordinate all Board remuneration including preparing payment charts for review/approval of Board Chair
• Annually prepare a summary of the Board remuneration for budget purposes
• Review and prepare Director expense reports for approval.
• Assist with the onboarding of new Directors
• Register Directors as required in education courses and make hotel/transportation reservations if required.
• Provide administrative support to Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary


Who You Are

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
• Expertise in corporate record keeping, administration, law clerk or paralegal
• Prior experience working with a Board of Directors and Senior Executives
• Know Knowledge and experience with Board portal software (Diligent)
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to work within strict timelines and deadlines
• Strong computer skills – extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet tools
• Ability to travel for meetings and or conferences
