Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate and coordinate the development of operational business continuity plans for all business units and corporate functions
  • Assess potential business impact and define critical/time sensitive functions 
  • Conduct and/or oversee contingency plan integration and operation
  • Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solution
  • Coordinate development of business unit schedules, business continuity documentation maintenance and update, and independent review and validation
  • Consult on business process improvement opportunities to refine processes to mitigate exposure during disruptions of service, and possibly, improve day-to-day operations
  • Participate in the planning and design of an enterprise Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan

Who You Are

  • University Degree and Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP/ABCP/MBCP)/Disaster Recovery Planner/BCMS Auditor
  • 3–5 years of experience in business continuity, audit, insurance, or related fields 
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, and a willingness to express ideas and concepts
