Who we are
We are seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Manager, Operation Analytics looking after the analytics team in our Business Intelligence and Analyst department.
Position Details
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage team of certified fraud examiners (MB and ON)
- Support Member compliance through analysis and investigations (SIU team using various technology to monitor 2.5M Members)
- Maintain the Member Misuse Index tool and functionality
- Partner with CAA and AAA Clubs across the federation to collaborate on misuse initiatives and improvements
- Partner with internal stakeholders on business process improvements to reduce fraud and misuse
- Provide oversight into any law enforcement investigations or requests for data
- Action all Member and Facility fraud and misuse, liaising with legal and other internal departments as required.
- Manage the Member Rejoin job and process.
- Manage the MMI tool and process.
- Manage a team of operational analysts responsible for conducting business reviews and analysis for key activities
- Support business process improvements in all supported business lines (MB and ON) based on findings.
- Provide control reporting and oversight into high-risk business activities
- Conduct audits of the effectiveness of the business processes currently in place across all of Club and Automotive (ON and MB).
- Provide strategic direction on focus areas, business review planning, and leadership presentations
- Manage a team of Membership Administration Associates to handle all back-office Member-facing and/or Member- Lead Manage a team of operational analysts who support all activities with financial accountability within membership.
- Provide direction and leadership on day-to-day banking, Moneris investigations, and dunning
- Approve all operational cheque runs.

Who You Are:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Analytics, or Related Field, 5 years Management experience, Budget
- Leadership Skills in developing and managing people.
- Strong understanding of analytics, business processes, operations, and P&L management.
- High analytical reasoning and negotiating abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
