Position Details

What You Will Do 

  • Responsible for driving P&C new business results in the Direct channel
  • Plan integrated multi-channel campaigns that deliver targeted policy sales, revenues, cost of acquisition and Member penetration
  • Develop comprehensive customer segmentation to identify marketing and product opportunities
  • Allocate and manage the P&C Insurance Marketing budget with the objective of driving positive ROI 
  • Monitor and produce post analysis and ROI reports to assess campaign effectiveness and continually refine strategy 
  • Remain up to date on P&C Insurance industry regulations and news to ensure marketing plans align with corporate, consumer and regulator expectations
  • Create annual Club marketing and product plans for the life, health, and dental insurance portfolio (Affinity Markets and Life Advisory)
  • Ongoing relationship management of P&C marketing strategy with leaders and executives in all supported CAA Clubs
  • Provide updates to management on trends that impact overall business plans across all supported CAA Clubs
  • Demonstrate marketing expertise to key internal partners by understanding their business, market trends and key business practices 
  • Work with B2B Insurance team to find synergies and joint marketing opportunities to grow awareness and sales of CAA Insurance

Who You Are

  • University degree with specialization in marketing or relevant field
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • P&C and/or Life, Health & Dental Insurance experience 
  • Thorough knowledge of B2C marketing principles, including data segmentation, digital channels, creative testing, and post campaign analysis
  • 5 years of results analysis and forecasting experience 
  • Experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with attention to detail and quality
