Position Details
- Drive productive and profitable relationships with key stakeholders at assigned partners and clubs
- Develop reporting metrics and KPI’s to provide updates on financial performance of partners and conduct program review and present findings and recommendations to senior management
- Work with the Product and Pricing team in the planning cycle including conducting partner reviews to optimize product portfolio mix with a view to maximizing growth
- Provide an ongoing consultative sales approach, creating value for both the partner clubs, EB partners and the organization
- Respond to inquiries/requests/issues/customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to facilitate effective and fair resolutions, maximizing partner retention
- Manage client performance targets through evaluation tools to ensure targets are achieved and accounts are profitable, while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Effectively coordinate with Learning & Development, deliver and implement ORION sales strategies, communications, products, services, tools and processes using a variety of learning techniques
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current travel insurance market conditions, industry/regulatory requirements and competitor products to ensure ORION product offers remain relevant to customer needs, achieve the desired competitive positioning and identify opportunities for enhanced/new product offerings.
- Travel is expected in this role
Who You Are
- University Degree in Business or related field
- 5 years of experience in the travel insurance industry, life / health insurance industry, project management, and strategic planning
- Possessing an Account and Sales Management, Adult Training Certificate is preferred but not mandatory
- Bilingual with French and English
- Administrative, sales and service oriented
- Collaborative / strong team player
- Strategic thinker and able to see the “big picture”
- Having excellent presentation skills , verbal and written communication skills.
