Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Quote and sell life and health insurance 
  • Follow sales procedures
  • Assess the needs of the customer
  • Identify and make recommendations for additional life and health solutions
  • Achieve set target for sales, quality, average call time, etc.

What You Have

  • Must hold a valid life license (LLQP) in Ontario and be in good standing with the licensing body
  • 1-2 years of life and health insurance experience, selling life and health insurance an asset
  • Excellent in communication skills, critical thinking skills and is coachable 
  • A team player who shares knowledge and insights with peers
  • Positive, customer focused and resourceful

Hours of Work: 
Monday - Friday: 1pm - 9pm

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid or Work from Home
