Position Details

What You Will Do

Provide business analytics and insights to product leader and other leaders to help improve business decisions and processes
Create and maintain a suite of reports that provides critical information to stakeholders
Develop Business Intelligence applications (Qlikview, Power BI etc.) to be used for accessing reports and data
Drive the implementation and monitoring of reports and analytics developed
Conduct ongoing analysis to areas of opportunity and prepare trend analysis
Actively monitor KPI gap-to-budget where appropriate, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
Work collaboratively with the other teams in the actuarial function in facilitating access to the data required in completing their projects
Produce data and reports to satisfy regulatory and internal risk compliance requirements
Review reports for accuracy and data quality

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial or Mathematics
Advanced knowledge and skill using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access
Prior experience with business intelligence software
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders to best fit reporting  
Strong technical knowledge, including best/standard practices in reporting
