Position Details
We are hiring a Customer Care Representative in our Barrie store. In this role you will be supporting our Member Services Consultants and Travel Consultants in serving our Members and customers.
What you will do:

Take passport photos, give out tour books, and supporting Member Services Consultants as required with admin tasks

Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Consultants

Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current travel protocols

Invoicing travel files for Travel Consultants

Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
-
Support with Travel Consultants with Accounting adjustments

Providing payment to Travel Supplier based on Travel Consultant request
Who you are:
-
1-2 years working customer service and admin experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Attention to detail
-
Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
