Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for annual marketing plans that deliver differentiated and impactful marketing programs to meet acquisition and retention business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on marketing initiatives’ performance with a focus on ROI and growth
  • Monitor business results against targets and identify mitigating actions where results are not being delivered as expected
  • Continuously improve overall demand generation and cost of acquisition through data-driven testing and rigorous measurement of new initiatives, mediums, and marketing channels
  • Oversee the management of direct marketing partner and supplier relationships and contract negotiations, including data modeling, marketing and analytics agencies
  • Contribute to insights and identification of Member preferences to feed the development of new products/product features 
  • Monitor competitors and comparable businesses, evaluate their strategies and positioning to identify challenges, opportunities for CAA growth and differentiated value propositions
  • Understand the trends in new and renewing business, including profiling and modeling
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics and ensure relevant and timely communications to cross-enterprise stakeholders

Who You Are

  • University/College degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years in a leadership role accountable for strategy, team management and multimillion-dollar budgets
  • 2+ years working in a complex, matrixed organization
  • 10+ years in consumer marketing, advertising and/or consulting
  • Well-rounded marketing experience with a solid track record of rapidly accelerating growth across multiple channels
  • Experience in market segmentation and data analytics
  • Experience leading marketing efforts spanning multiple industries/products in both B2C and B2B
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Chartered Marketer Designation is an asset
