Position Details

What you will do:

  • Recommend, develop, execute and manage results-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities by leveraging various channels and tactics to meet KPIs.
  • Organize campaign planning meetings with key stakeholders to identify new marketing ideas and tactics that align with overall marketing plans that address corporate objectives. 
  • Execute the end-to-end marketing campaign process to meet key performance indicators as per the annual marketing plans.
  • Deliver ongoing campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve results.
  • Track budget and results on campaigns and report on spend.
  • Connect with key stakeholders to review insights and recommend opportunities to optimize plans to further support the business in meeting objectives.
  • Monitor competitors and other comparable businesses’ marketing activities and tactics to provide insight on competitive risks.
  • Identify unique ways to enhance CCG’s value proposition and present recommendations for consideration.
  • Consistently track and report on marketing results, KPIs, campaign results, and insights.

Who you are:

  • College diploma or University degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Relevant prior B2C and/or B2B marketing experience related to acquisition/demand generation marketing, including experience developing strategic marketing plans; tracking metrics; digital marketing experience, including email marketing, paid social, programmatic and Google AdWords/SEM; event management and direct mail.
  • Ability to develop sound marketing strategies based on organizational goals and execute plans expertly and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and standards, with experience in integrating multi-channel online and offline initiatives.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for interpretation and application of data and insights and comfortable working with budgets.
  • Results driven, with ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously, superior organizational skills, marketing campaign development and execution, creative brief writing, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels.
  • Ability to develop and foster collaborative and constructive internal and external partner relationships.
  • Experience with analysis, assembling insights, crafting a story, and sharing it with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including above average MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
