Position Details
As a member of the Human Resource team reporting to the Director, Associate Experience, you will play a key role in supporting HR programs that create a positive Associate experience at CCG.
What You Will Do
- HR Program execution and support of our Associate Experience programs
- Supporting the coordination, execution and reporting of events that strengthen the Associate Experience
- Execution and support of our Campus Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing Support across our Employer Recruitment Channels
- Creation of reporting and support coordinating data from Associate listening tools
Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
Who You Are
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management, or related field. Working towards CHRP or equivalent designation/education as asset
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources or a in an administrative capacity with knowledge of Human Resource Programs
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Forms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent execution and organization skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in an environment which requires a high degree of confidentiality
- Methodical, analytical and process driven
