Position Details
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for both RPA and Generative AI implementation aligned with business objectives and operational goals
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to prioritize processes for automation and AI integration based on ROI, complexity, and strategic importance
- Lead a team of RPA developers and analysts in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA bots
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement
- Work closely with business units to analyze, document, and redesign processes for optimal automation efficiency and AI integration
- Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and automation specifications
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for RPA and AI development and deployment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data privacy, security, and auditing
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and platforms to enhance automation and decision-making capabilities
- Guide and direct members of the team to achieve IT and corporate strategies and goals
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in information technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA bot development
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership, project management and delivery experience
- Experience with Generative AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning frameworks
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Scrum development methodology and in leading Agile Scrum QA teams
- Understanding of enterprise DevOps
- Analytical and data oriented – taking data and turning it into insight
- Experience leading test automation programs desired
- Experience managing key vendor relationships with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management
- Demonstrated people leadership with success in driving retention, succession and employee development
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and quality in IT delivery, support and compliance Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
