About the CAA School Safety Patrol program
For almost a century, CAA has advocated for school zone safety in communities.
The CAA School Safety Patrol program is just one way CAA prioritizes community investment and awareness around road safety.
The CAA School Safety Patrol program is a youth-focused road safety and leadership program. It is open to kids (Patrollers) in grades 5 -8 who are trained to keep their peers safe at school crossings and while on school buses. It is run in partnership with police services and bus consortiums who deliver the program to their local schools.
Every year, approximately 20,000 kids approximately 900 schools across 43 school boards take part in the program. For more on the program visit www.caaschoolsafetypatrol.com
