Position Details
What You Will Do:
- Administer job evaluation process and manage job evaluation meetings with internal stakeholders
- Participate in market surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitiveness
- Administer corporate Shared Success incentive plan and co-ordinate with internal HR stakeholders
- Partner with the Compensation Manager on the execution of the annual compensation review process, including plan administration for pay (merit and incentive) and performance
- Developing position ranges to support the business and align with CCG’s compensation philosophy
- Monitor industry trends and develop best in class programs and be a subject matter expert on compensation related policy and programs
- Prepare and maintain recurring compensation reports and dashboards and provide analytical support to broader HR team
- Support annual reporting requirements through gathering and conduct audits of Compensation data to ensure compliance
Who You Are :
- Having a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional designation would be an asset, though not required
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, compensation, data analytics, or a related role
- Strong Excel and data visualization (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, charts) and reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, Success Factors or similar)
- Knowledge or interest in compensation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and market surveys is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Possessing strong interpersonal skills, having a curious mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
