Position Details

What You Will Do:

  • Manages and monitors primary research projects, including scoping, design, execution, vendor collaboration, and quality checks
  • Designs and develops questionnaires and other data collection tools that meet stakeholder needs and follow methodological best practices
  • Applies advanced analytical techniques (e.g., key driver, regression, factor, cluster analysis) to support research objectives
  • Analyzes research findings and synthesizes them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations using storytelling
  • Prepares, reviews and presents research reports and executive summaries to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Manages and/or monitors the CCG Member research panel, including recruitment, engagement, issue resolution, and demographic balancing
  • Manages relationships with platform vendors, research vendors and 3rd‑party research consultants, including RFP processes
  • Supports on-panel and off‑panel research project needs by coordinating with cross‑functional teams and managing tracking studies
  • Integrates additional research sources to provide holistic insights and proactively recommends future research initiatives
  • Enhances research processes, explores AI opportunities, shares best practices, and supports peer development through training
  • Supports and monitors the gathering, analysis, and distribution of intelligence on products, industries, market conditions, competitors, and consumers to facilitate business decisions at CCG
  • Oversees the effective and efficient utilization of market intelligence tools and platforms
  • Supports onboarding, training, and maintenance of Marketing LOBs onto market intelligence platforms
  • Acts as relationship manager with MI Platform vendors and CCG to facilitate onboarding, training or resolution of any issues that the teams are encountering (including IT Security)
  • Performs secondary research to develop and support Intelligence Briefs (Company Level) and Industry Briefs (Market/Industry Level) by researching individual companies and markets/industries
  • Synthesizing MI results into SWOT analysis, executive summaries, or reports and presentations
  • Performs necessary market analysis, product analysis and customer journey analysis to align with strategic annual planning process in Marketing

Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are:

  • University/College Degree in Business, Marketing Major, or other relevant education
  • 5+ years of advanced analytical and methodological expertise in market research with experience in using AI tools in market research
  • Advanced proficiency with SPSS, survey software, and MS Office product suite. Data visualization skills in PowerPoint or similar software
  • Experience with research panel management and administration preferred
  • 5+ years of advanced to exceptional quantitative and qualitative research skills, including experience in execution of intricate analytical techniques. Experience running qualitative research projects
  • Proven ability to research and apply knowledge creatively with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with various stakeholders along with excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors
