Position Details
What you will do:
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to gather required content inputs (including internal advertising), keep production on track and hit deadlines.
- Liaise with the content agency/publisher to resolve issues across the magazine production process and ensure deliverables are met.
- Write, edit and/or oversee production of blog posts, magazine features and content-forward emails.
- Manage end-to-end publishing workflows, from brief to drafts to reviews to approvals to final production to publication.
- Translate complex information into clear, audience-friendly narratives while maintaining brand voice and editorial integrity.
- Optimize content for channel and format (SEO for blog; narrative structure and readability for magazine).
- Lead and actively participate in content planning with Lines of Business, Digital Marketing and Creative Services.
- Partner with the broader content team to maintain the integrated editorial calendar and ensure balanced coverage.
- Own the editorial strategy for the blog, magazine and newsletters turning LOB and brand goals into thematic pillars, story angles and quarterly priorities.
- Plan and manage an integrated editorial calendar across blog posts, magazine issues and newsletters to balance audience needs, seasonal moments and business priorities.
- Develop content briefs that define objectives, target audience, key messages, SEO/keyword focus (blog), format requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure every plan aligns with brand positioning, accessibility standards and legal/regulatory requirements relevant to publishing.
- Other duties as required.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, media studies, marketing, journalism or a related field. Equivalent experience is also accepted.
- Certificate or specialized training in content marketing, media studies or journalism.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant marketing or content experience, creating and managing editorial content for a brand, publisher or agency.
- Hands-on experience building an editorial calendar and writing briefs for blogs, magazines and newsletters.
- Experience writing and editing long-form stories and optimizing blog content for SEO.
- Experience working in a CMS and email platform and partnering with analytics teams to measure performance.
