Position Details
What You Will Do
· Craft compelling, results-driven copy to support campaigns and strategic initiatives across assigned projects.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative ideas, interpret briefs, and ensure messaging is on-brand, on-brief, and on-budget.
· Ensure consistency and quality throughout all production stages and align all communications with brand standards.
· Review and edit submitted content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
· Adhere to proofing and approval processes to ensure seamless workflow management
· Contribute to brand governance review process to prevent reputational risk or business concerns.
· Participate in maintaining copywriting standards and guidelines, and relevant existing materials including customer value propositions and other guidance documentation
· Participate in initiatives that involve shaping the Brand tone and voice
Who You Are
· Post Secondary diploma / degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Copywriter and/or editor, preferably in an In-house or Agency environment
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Understanding of branding principles, practices, and standards
· Experience in project management workflows, including Adobe Workfront or similar
