As a Data Warehouse Quality Assurance Analyst you must be results-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment. This role requires frequent interaction with project managers, product managers, ETL and reports developers and business users in order to ensure that we deliver a quality-tested platform to our users. QA analyst ensures the data loaded into the warehouse is accurate and presented correctly on the reports; identifies any potential data errors and works with development to resolve errors. QA analyst also reviews reports for data accuracy and functionality integrity versus requirements presented by end users, project management and product management.

Position Details
What you will do:
- Strong background in functional testing with the ability to design and develop test strategy and test cases.
- Ability to review technical requirements with data warehouse and business intelligence terminology to produce test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases for the data warehouse team.
- Creates the Test Plan for the software release, defining resources, and test suites required for each test cycle, dependencies, risks, and the overall strategy for testing complex systems and applications.
- Performs all aspects of verification, including functional, structural, regression and system testing.
- Experience participating in all aspects of a full-lifecycle development methodology, and related quality concepts and processes.
- Ability to lead a distributed testing effort.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with an iterative approach to development
Who you are:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience EDW testing.
- Good to have P&C domain knowledge or Experience
- Proficient in SQL and database systems
- Track record of completing assignments on time with a high degree of quality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of testing process, testing methodology analysis and defect reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and productively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and decision making ability.
