Position Details

What you will do  

  • Contribute to building and execution of email-marketing strategies 
  • Oversee day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaigns, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of campaigns including the template design, calls-to-action, and content 
  • Manage and maintain email marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jacquard, and Stensul 
  • Coordinate email campaign execution such as target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and lead management 
  • Build and execute customer journeys and drip campaigns based on behaviors 
  • Use automation and/or dynamic content capabilities focusing on customer experience 
  • Support the email marketing campaign calendar and quarterly planning process 
  • Report and troubleshoot technical issues 
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and use the data to incorporate key learnings, insights and trends into future campaigns. 
  • Leverage analytics platforms to provide key insights and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Partner with BI&A and Digital Analytics teams to validate, test and share insights as needed 
  • Participate in content development and delivery to achieve channel and business objectives 
  • Support and consult shared services teams on best practices, technical expertise, and digital brand guidelines. 
  • Attend industry events and stay current with email marketing best practices and share these with the Corporate Marketing Group on a regular basis

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who you are  

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Communications
  • 4+ years of online marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years in email marketing including mobile/responsive email marketing design
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certificate required
  • Online/e-commerce related certifications, Inbound or content marketing certifications and experience with e-mail platforms such as Stensul & Jacquard are optional 
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. 
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solutions-orientated mind set 
  • Ability to juggle multiple, conflicting priorities and get things done 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) 
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
