Position Details
What You Will Do
The incumbent will also be expected to combine email best practices with proven experience to develop strategic email plans to evolve CAA South Central Ontario’s and CAA Manitoba’s email marketing program. Contributing to the customer journey, the Email Specialist will effect change beyond email to all content including web, social media, and App.
In doing so, the Email Specialist will manage and build relationships with the various parties involved in their delivery, including internal staff, third party consultants, contractors, and agencies.
- Daily management of social media engagement on CAA Club Group brand properties
- Monitor, respond to or escalate all inquiries through our social media platforms
- Create and maintain written responses
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for select lines of business
- Create content that encourages online engagement with customers and that aligns with company tone and voice
- Tailor content to ensure suitability for social media and in line with brand objectives
- Analyze marketing campaigns and implement optimization and testing strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Provide insight and feedback to improve and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor our social listen tool and report on positive or negative trends and sentiment
- Actively share insights and advice to help improve our social media and integrated communications strategies
- Stay current with social media marketing best practices, trends, tools, and platforms
Who You Are
- Post-secondary education; preferably in digital marketing, business, or communications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with social media industry platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with a social listening tool and/or social management tool is an asset
- Experience managing vendors and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
