Position Details
The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 years of solid experience/knowledge in Enterprise Desktop management technologies. Embracing and developing the latest technologies in Windows 10 Troubleshooting, solutioning, image management, patch management, application deployment, etc. Advanced knowledge with Azure AD, Citrix, Autopilot, Azure Portal administration and Intune / Endpoint Manager are required.
This role will be part of the IT Desktop support team and responsible for managing and improving on the current Windows 10 desktop environment. Leveraging both current End point management solutions as well as Identifying and implementing new technologies and systems. Working with the Desktop support group to resolve new and ongoing issues and provide documented solutions and fixes to 1st level support. As well as working with other departments on deploying software upgrades and configuration changes to corporate devices.
What you will do -
• Assist the Manager, End User Computing to manage a complex multi-vendor device management environment that provides computing capabilities to all of CAA Club Group’s Associates.
• Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance as required.
• Document and develop in-depth knowledge of company’s existing device management environment(s).
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for enterprise user computing devices.
• Maintaining 3000+ Windows 10 PCs through proper patch management and image management utilizing Configuration Manager and other applicable tools. Experience working with and supporting Windows Autopilot, and Intune MDM.
• Responsible for completion of assigned projects related to deploying new and updated software to corporate devices
• Responsible for deploying Patches and system updates to corporate devices
• Responsible for resolving tickets assigned by 1st level as well as other IT groups
Who you are -
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing suitable solutions to meet the present and future requirements (both functional and non-functional).
- Technical Leadership with proven experience of influencing stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Technical design and documentation
- Knowledge Systems implementation and testing.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance
- Experience working with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) in an enterprise IT environment
- Experience configuring and managing Windows Autopilot deployments and configuration
- Experience in batch and PowerShell scripting in an enterprise production environment.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions (Intune)
- Experience in support and administration of Microsoft Windows Infrastructures and Active Directory.
- Experience in working with Windows 10 performance logs for for trouble shooting and trend analysis
- Remote work may be possible but must be accessible to Toronto office when onsite is requested
- Post-Secondary Degree in Information Technology required
- Active Technical Certifications are good to have
