Position Details
What you will do:
• Develop creative assets in various media formats that align with the brand guidelines and design principals
• Create new or update existing marketing communication pieces for assigned projects and campaigns that align with the creative brief
• Ensure that all communication pieces are consistent with CAA’s corporate branding guidelines and federation standards
• Responsible for presenting multiple creative concepts that meet the communication and business objectives
• Work with various members of the Creative Services team to develop best-in-class creative assets across all marketing channels
• Co-ordinate with Lines of Business, vendors and suppliers as needed
• Source images and assets that align with project specifications
• Adhere to proofing and approval process to ensure accuracy of material prior to submission to stakeholders
Who you are:
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related program from a recognized institution
• Intermediate to Advanced level of experience in In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects
• Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a group with ‘team spirit’, as well as, independently motivated with minimal supervision
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Strong design capabilities and the ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud in a MAC environment
• Proficient in a PC environment using typical office software
• Print and video production knowledge is required
• Experience in project management workflows, including Adobe Workfront or similar
• Working knowledge of FTPs and other digital asset management solutions
