Position Details


  • Implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment, Employee Central, Learning & Development, Payroll, Performance management, Incentives etc.) modules to enhance business functionality and performance.
  • Leading the technical and functional design, support, documentation & training for multiple integrated systems through SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Leading workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements. Identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Providing technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP & non-SAP systems. 
  • Leading the testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience.
  • Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users.


  • 10+ years of relevant information technology experience with 7+ years of managerial level experience 
  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum of 2 end-end-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including hands-on design, configuration and functional test experience.
  • Proven experience in designing, configuring and testing of SuccessFactors’s Employee Central and/or Payroll modules.
  • Demonstrated experience with production incident management process 
  • Demonstrated business knowledge and process design skills
  • Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical projects information to a wide business audience
  • Proven experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
  • Experience on Lawson HR systems
  • Experience on cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors
