Position Details


We are seeking a dynamic HRIT Business Analyst to join our team and act as a critical liaison between our HR and our IT departments. In this role, you will analyze HR processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support the implementation and optimization of HR systems to drive organizational effectiveness.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for HR systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a preference for experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT for resolution, and ensure ongoing system integrity.
  • Provide end-user training and create supporting documentation for HR systems and processes.
  • Stay up to date with trends and developments in HR technology and proactively suggest enhancements.
  • Assist with change management and communication efforts related to HR system changes or upgrades.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or a combination of equivalent education and experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other leading HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus.
