Our Information Technology department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a IFRS Senior Support Analyst.   The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the technical capabilities needed to address business challenges.

Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Installation, configuration, deployment & administration of enterprise applications in Linux environment (preferably RedHat)
  • Perform day-to-day support, accurately identify, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Review and response to incident tickets per established SLAs and processes
  • Strive to improve production environment stability by working with others to set up, maintain and monitor applications and systems, while meeting availability targets
  • Actively participate in DR planning and design, be involved in DR exercise
  • Timely prioritization & escalation of incidents to Senior Management
  • Manage application environment landscape for both Prod and Non Prod environments
  • Work with both internal and external teams on system issues for resolution

Who You Are

  • Degree in Computer Science or any analytical discipline
  • Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical terms with conciseness, clarity, and accuracy
  • 3+ years of experience on supporting Linux based applications
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL
  • 3+ years of experience in Shell Scripts
  • 3+ years of experience in Web Application Server Tomcat

Nice to have

  • Knowledge on supporting IFRS system (Aptitude) is a great plus
  • 3+ years of experience in Database Modelling
  • 3+ years of experience on performing task of Oracle DDL (Data Definition Language), Oracle DML (Data Manipulation Language), Oracle DQL (Data Query Language) and Oracle DCL (Data Control Language)
