Position Details

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Facilitate training programs to our contracted network of service providers and fleet who deliver our tow, battery, and light service support to our Members
•Research, plan, and develop new training programs that engage learners
•Liaise with the business leaders in the development and enhancement of training programs
•Understand our call taking and dispatching procedures and facilitate training programs for our new and existing Associates
•Maintain the training records for all the sessions delivered
•Stay current on the automotive industry as well as training and development trends that will assist in enhancing our training programs
•Maintain our training trucks, perform circle-checks as needed
•Work closely with Fleet leadership in maintaining all the courses and support all initiatives


REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills
•Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma, preferably in Adult Education or related field
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or adult education including hands-on training
•Experience within automotive or towing environment or an aptitude for automotive knowledge is preferred
•Ability to train in various settings such corporate office, outdoors, and contractors’ facilities
•Valid G driver’s licence
