Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Ensures briefs are translated into clear creative assignments and production-ready plans across channels, coordinating stakeholders and resources to deliver campaign assets on time and on brand
  • Partner with the AVP, Brand and Creative Services to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
  • Supports content initiatives in partnership with the Content team by ensuring content execution meets brand standards, accessibility and compliance requirements, and is delivered efficiently through appropriate internal or external production paths
  • Collaborate with traffic planners, design leads, and LOB stakeholders to manage workloads, prioritize projects, and determine the best approach for campaign delivery—whether through internal resources or external vendors
  • Bring creative judgment and operational leadership to help teams balance quality, speed, and consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Design, implement, and refine creative workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve speed-to-market
  • Maintain operational playbooks aligned with brand standards and creative excellence
  • Monitor and report on creative performance metrics to inform future strategies
  • Evaluate, recommend and onboard agencies and vendors based on strategic fit, business needs and performance
  • Support contract negotiations and monitor agency performance against KPIs

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field
  • Professional certification in project management or creative operations is an asset
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience
  • Minimum 3 years of people management/leadership experience
  • Experience in supporting the design and improvement of creative operations frameworks (intake, brief standards, SLAs, routing, approvals, QA) across cross-functional marketing teams
  • Have managed a portfolio of internal and external resources, including traffic planning, capacity management, and prioritization across campaigns and channels
  • Have led agency/vendor ecosystems—evaluation, onboarding, SOW creation, KPI tracking, periodic performance reviews, and relationship optimization
  • Experience in maintaining brand playbooks and templated toolkits that improved speed-to-market and consistency
