Position Details
CCG is looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Development with 10+ years of software development experience to lead our digital development team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong experience in modern digital development, customer experience transformation, and cloud-native technologies.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern digital applications using Next.js, React, Java, Spring Boot, and BFF architecture
- Remain hands-on with development, including coding, solution design, code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
- Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on improving customer journeys and user experience
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers while actively participating in delivery
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing digital solutions
- Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and business teams
- Deploy and support applications on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, API development, observability, and DevOps
- Manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support through development, deployment, and production
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and modern digital development practices

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership or team leadership experience
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong experience in digital/customer-facing applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and BFF architecture
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, performance, and integration
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience leading digital transformation and customer experience initiatives
- Strong Agile development experience
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on technically
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
