Position Details

What You Will Do 

  • Develop, lead, mentor and manage a high-performing team
  • Develop the annual marketing plan to engage and retain CAA Members
  • Manage the  execution of strategic marketing plans in support of business objectives
  • Identify optimal channel and tactic mix for marketing activities
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to align on marketing plans that address defined objectives and strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies of marketing tactics and optimize marketing plans to garner results
  • Identify unique ways to enhance the value proposition, highlight key differentiators and present recommendations for consideration
  • Consistently track and report marketing results, KPIs and insights to identify opportunities
  • Share insights and results with stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Connect with counterparts at CAA Clubs across Canada to share applicable insights and learnings or partner on select initiatives


Who You Are

  • College diploma or university degree, with focus on business, strategy, marketing
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Prior experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, team leadership, product management, interpretation and application of data and insights
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, manage, delegate, and deliver multiple demands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and foster collaborative and constructive internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to provide fresh perspective and take creative approaches to problem solving
  • Ability to view situations analytically, leveraging insights to inform planning, identify opportunities and manage risks
