Position Details

What you will do:

  • The Manager, Integrated Campaign & Government and Community Relations will partner with the business areas and channels to create and execute marketing plans that drive ecosystem awareness and interest; support our brand identity; and deliver customer value.
  • Lead cross-functional working teams on the execution of seasonal campaigns
  • Develop and manage execution of strategic annual marketing plans to support business objectives
  • Coach team to improve efficiencies of marketing tactics and optimize marketing plans to budget
  • Partner with internal creative team and external agencies on effective creative that is grounded in the brand conviction
  • Collaborate with internal channel experts and external partners to identify optimal channel, media and tactic mix for marketing activities, track marketing results and KPIs
  • Leverage consumer and industry insights to develop campaign positioning, refine target audiences, and build customer journeys
  • Collaborate with  CAA Government and Community Relations Team to develop strategies that deliver against building greater awareness and engagement in key initiatives
  • Connect with counterparts at CAA Clubs across Canada to share applicable insights and learnings, or partner on select initiatives


Who you are:

  • Strategic, curious and creative thinker who can see the big picture and interdependencies between what they do and its impacts on others
  • University degree, focus on marketing or creative (Media Studies, Communications, Film) is an asset
  • Experience in B2C marketing, leveraging a variety of channels and tactics
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, manage and deliver multiple demands
  • Demonstrated ability to provide fresh perspective and take creative approaches to problem solving, combined with an ability to view situations analytically
  • Ability to develop and manage a team of high-performing marketing professionals
