Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage execution of annual marketing plans including industry events, Broker communications and B2B awareness to support P&C Insurance broker channel business objectives
  • Leveraging knowledge of B2B marketing and the P&C Insurance broker industry, identify unique ways to enhance CAA Insurance Company value proposition and highlight key differentiators
  • Work closely with brokers to support their marketing plans and provide best practice recommendations
  • Connect with counterparts at CAA Clubs and Brokers across Canada to share applicable marketing insights and learnings, or partner on select initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies of marketing tactics and optimize marketing plans to garner growing results while controlling costs
  • Collaborate with internal channel experts and external partners to identify optimal channel and tactic mix for marketing activities
  • Consistently track line of business and marketing results, KPIs and customer insights, report on team performance against KPIs and identify opportunities and action plans

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or eCommerce major) or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, leveraging a variety of channels and tactics including event management, communications and awareness
  • Ability to develop and manage team of high-performing marketing professionals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide fresh perspective and take creative approaches to problem solving
