Position Details

What you will do:

•Develop and recommend formal acquisition strategies, plans and roadmaps.

•Participate and contribute to the annual Membership strategic planning sessions. Assist in the development of the annual Membership Marketing Plan for Membership acquisition initiatives.

•Lead campaign planning meetings and brainstorms with key stakeholders, to obtain new marketing ideas and obtain key insights/feedback.

•Develop strategic marketing plans for each Membership acquisition initiative (as required), in the context of the overarching annual Membership Marketing Plan (in collaboration with Marketing Manager), based on a strong understanding of objectives, timelines and budgets.

•Plan and execute results driven marketing campaigns through Direct Marketing, Mass media, online and other channels/tactics to increase Member acquisition.

•Manage the end-to-end marketing campaign process to meet key performance indicators (new sales, revenue, cost of Acquisition, product penetration, impressions), as per the annual marketing plan.

•Manage ongoing campaign reporting and delivery of post-campaign analysis for every marketing initiative.

•Proactively identify research needs and other Member data opportunities and proactively work with internal stakeholders (BI&A) to address them.

Who you are:

•University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

•Experience in managing results driven marketing campaigns through various channels, including DM, digital and segmented target audiences

•Ability to develop sound marketing strategy (think big) and also execute plans efficiently

•Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices and standards, with experience in integrating online and offline initiatives.

•Internal/external partner relationship management.

•Demonstrated aptitude for data analysis and comfortable working with budgets.

•Superior project management, organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
