Position Details
What You Will Do:
· Design and produce digital media assets that align with CAA’s Brand and strategic priorities
· Collaborate with peers, business lines, and vendor partners to translate insights into creative solutions
· Support campaign creative development, from concept to completion
· Participate in creative reviews and provide rationale for creative decisions
· Assist in the planning and conducting of shoots, including camera operation, equipment and lighting, editing and post-production as required
· Ensure consistency in brand expression across all channels and touchpoints
· Maintain awareness of industry trends and benchmarks to inform media and creative strategies
· Adhere to proofing and approval processes to ensure seamless workflow management
· Effectively prioritize workload and proactively communicate with project stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Who you are :
· Degree/Diploma in Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field from a recognized institution.
· A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, brand alignment, and emotional relevance
· Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work effectively within a group with ‘team spirit’, as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision
· Strong design capabilities and the ability to adhere to corporate brand guidelines
· Experience in project management workflows, including Adobe Workfront or similar
· Working knowledge of FTPs and other digital asset management solutions
