Please Note: Training will be in-office (60 Commerce Valley Drive East, Thornhill, ON L3T 7P9) 5 days/week for up to the first 9 months of this role. Once the training period has been completed, the role will be hybrid with the expectation of working in the office 3 days/week.

Position Details
What You Will Do:
- General printing, faxing, scanning and filing as directed. Preparation of mailouts as directed.
- Completing requests for CCG Charitable Donation program on behalf of Government & Community Relations. Interoffice mail and fax management for Club & Automotive Services.
- Office Supplies management.
- Ordering of trunk organizers, gift cards and other premiums/swag as directed. Scanning & indexing documents to OnBase.
- Providing support for CCG/Club & Automotive events as required. ERS claims administration including
- ERS Network administration as directed by Manager, Operational Efficiency.
- Receiving and actioning Member correspondence within established service levels (mail and e-mail proxies), including scanning to OnBase document repository.
- Completing Membership mail-out requests within established service levels at the request of LOB Associates.
- I.e. trunk organizers, receipt requests, join applications etc.
- Membership account maintenance. I.e. name changes, SWAP, Marketing Permissions etc.
- Membership Do Not Contact (DNC) administration on behalf of CCG Marketing (mail and e-mail). TripTiks processing including
- Production of orders through the AAA TripTik Portal. Printing, binding & shipping of orders.
- Fulfillment of Map & Tourbook requests from Call Centre.
- Raw materials management, including inventory management and shipping to retail stores.
- Processing of Request Management System (RMS) – Membership changes/processing in SAP using elevated system access.
- Handling of SAP Resolution Centre (SRC) requests.
- Managing processing related to special Membership campaigns/events as directed. Processing of HappyFox ticket submissions
- Equipment return processing.
- Employee record maintenance.
Who You Are:
- Able to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days/week in office)
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Office Professional certification. Completion of or willingness to complete Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or above).
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in general office administration. Experience with MS Office.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
