About Us

Our Information Technology department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Developer.  This position will lead in the definition, development, and documentation of functional specifications, objectives and deliverables on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. In this role, the developer will conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.

Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform including Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center and API management
  • Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.
  • Able to interpret requirements to develop Mule services/integrations in CI/CD and Agile process.
  • Contribute to Applications Development and QA teams to establish best practices implementation of methodologies and toolsets
  • Make technology decisions related to Mulesoft/integration environment
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of technical and process documentation
  • Document design specifications, troubleshoots and testing.
  • Actively involved with requirement understanding and analysis.
  • Work closely with leads/PMs to understand the partner integration requirements.
  • Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary for the role


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience working with the MuleSoft Anypoint platform as a Developer
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Intermediate level Java development experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience implementing Mule ESB architecture, rules, caching, etc.
  • Experienced troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools.
  • Experience with Tomcat, XML, JSON, micro services, and API management technologies and standards
  • Solid Programming skills using J2EE, Design Patterns, SOAP / REST Web Services, Spring Framework, etc.
  • Experience with Mule administration, configuration and tuning
  • Experience using JAVA IDE (Eclipse, Intelli J, Netbeans)
  • Andriod Development (nice to have)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects
  • Ability to apply technology solutions to real business requirements
  • Designed and developed enterprise services using RAML and REST based APIs
  • Experience profiling Java applications (including threading issues), examining thread dumps, heap dumps, etc.
  • Experience designing appropriate load and performance test plans, goals, objectives, execution, with tuning acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
