Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements with the ability to identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions
  • Ensure successful execution of all functional area project tasks throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Modules to enhance business functionality and performance
  • Provide technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other SAP & non-SAP systems
  • Lead the technical and functional design, support, documentation & training for multiple systems integrated through SAP
  • Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to provide inputs and evaluate the completeness and adequacy of QA plans
  • Develop processes, standards, and guidelines for application development
  • Work with product and business leaders to identify opportunities for collaboration including system improvement and stewardship, managing intake, and leading execution to achieve outcomes
  • Encourage a culture of excellence and continuously look for opportunities to drive continuous process improvement across all functional and financial domains
  • Manage key vendors with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SAP Finance (preferably SAP FI/CO, S4HANA Finance)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technology leadership role
  • Minimum of 2 end-end-end SAP Finance implementations, including hands-on design, configuration, and functional test experience
  • Academic background in Finance or Accounting will be a plus
  • Proven experience integrating SAP with other corporate applications will be a great asset
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the new SAP-GL
  • Business knowledge and process design skills
  • Demonstrated experience with production incident management processes
  • Experience managing capital and operational budgets, with proven cost management achievements
  • Must have experience working with remote teams
  • Exemplary communications skills specifically in communicating complex/technical information to a wide business audience
