Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Employee Central modules
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into system configuration
  • Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance
  • Configure and manage Time-Off component such as time type, accruals, calendars, holiday calendars, time profiles, and rules
  • Configure EC components including Foundation objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, and Role Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Onboarding 2.0 will be an added advantage, including process flows, onboarding tasks, forms, and integrations with Employee Central. Understanding of onboarding compliance process and new hire data flows
  • Perform system testing (Unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support) and ensure solution quality, stability and accuracy of the system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely and effective support
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT cross-functional team, and Vendors to ensure alignment with HR processes and integrate SuccessFactors with other business systems
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow
  • Design and troubleshoot the Interfaces and Integration
  • Participate in system releases and refresh activities and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analyses
  • Participate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field
  • 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong focus on Time-Off and Employee Central modules
  • Candidates MUST be CERTIFIED in any SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time-Off and Employee Central module)
  • Solid functional understanding of EC Core architecture, data models, and HR master data processes
  • Strong experience with business rules, workflows and RBP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements
  • Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
  • Hand-on experience with Onboarding 2.0 an asset
  • Experience in CPI will be an added advantage
