About Us

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our SuccessFactors human capital management (HCM) system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of the SuccessFactors platform to meet the organization's HR and talent management needs. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Position Details

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes, including employee central, payroll, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analyses.
  • Lead and/or participate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices. Demonstrated experience with production incident management process
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems is an asset
  • Certification in SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Compensation, Recruitment, Compensation) is an asset
  • Experience in Cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors is an asset
