Position Details
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes, including employee central, payroll, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
- Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
- Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analysis.
- Lead and/or participate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
- Candidates MUST be CERTIFIED in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated experience with production incident management process.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
- Experience in Cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors.
- At least 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM.
- Has experience with at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
