Position Details

What You Will Do: 

  • Responsible for designing, creating, or enhancing SAP programs and applications through ABAP programming.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into cohesive technical specifications and strong solutions.
  • Plan, manage, implement, support, and monitor SAP Technical and integration solutions for the on-premise, cloud, or hybrid scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
  • Strong experience in OOPs, CDS, OData, Adobe Forms, RFC, Workflow, BADI, IDOC, RFCs, BAPIs, web service, and User exits. BSP Component workbench, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer (GENIL) / Business Object Layer (BOL), BSP Tag library, extensions, CRM Web UI Interface, UI configuration tool, Navigation Bar, Business Role configurations, and EEWB/AET to enhance CRM Web UI Layouts.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing ABAP code to improve performance and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement robust integration solutions.
  • RICEFW development in HANA Business Suite and S/4 HANA environment under FICO, MM, SD modules.
  • Experience in Rollouts, system upgrades, and support patching.
  • Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of system documentation, procedures, and standards. Participate in estimation and status reporting.
  • Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers, and integration resources.
  • Manage operational support, performing work during change windows, and providing on-call support as required by the team.
  • Timely review and response to incident tickets per established SLAs and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.


What You Will Do:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP and CRM development.
  • Degree in Computer Science or any analytical discipline.
  • ABAP for SAP HANA certification is a must.
  • Extensive experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4, including Fiori, CDS views, and AMDP.
  • Strong business process knowledge of SAP SD, MM & FI, and related enhancements.
  • Proven experience in SAP Workflow development and maintenance.
  • Exemplary communication skills specifically in communicating complex/technical project information to a wide audience.
