Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Monitor, analyze and optimize website activity, traffic trends, SERP rankings and customer acquisition metrics
  • Make use of SEO tools and supporting software to perform site audits and compliance checks
  • Help define and implement SEO strategies that optimize website architecture to improve search performance
  • Work with multiple marketing teams to drive aligned consumer experiences and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Design, execute, and analyze tests to optimize performance, scale winners
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast
  • Use AI-powered tools and machine-learning insights to identify high-performing keywords, prompts, predict trends, and suggest long-tail keywords.
  • Forecast traffic trends, seasonal keyword performance, and ROI of SEO campaigns using AI models, auto-generate alt text, captions, and tags for images and videos.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and drive SEO best practices across teams
  • Collaborate with developers, content teams, and marketing partners to implement SEO initiatives

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

  • Post-secondary degree in SEO, Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an SEO specialist.
  • Must be proficient in HTML, CSS & Javascript
  • Understanding of AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and their application within search engines, generative search optimization (GEO), and digital marketing
  • Google Analytics 4 Certification preferred
  • Recognized SEO certifications preferred
  • Experience with JIRA & SEMRush, Workfront & Screaming Frog and Contentful preferred
  • Experience with standard Google products/tools (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profiles)
  • Understanding of web design, graphic design, schema markup and copywriting for SEO
