Position Details
What You Will Do
- Supervise and assist with the pick-up of incoming daily mail, outgoing mail and delivery of mail by courier services.
- Supervise and assist Mail Team with the sortation of Canada Post mail and inter-office mail and receiving of large shipments from multiple vendors daily.
- Contact Quadient for maintenance service on postage machine, web tracking system and letter opener.
- Supervision of records retention for all CAA departments. Order file retrievals, re-files, and file destruction. Approval for destruction must come from lines of business.
- Process invoices pertaining to Mail Services. And approve invoices that are within your signing limit. Invoices include overnight couriers, same day couriers, Quadient, and Iron Mountain.
- Provide approval to Customs Broker for shipments crossing US border destined for CAA.
- Advise department receiving cross border shipment of any duties and taxes applied to shipment.
- Perform all other duties as required.

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are
- Grade 12 and/or any related college or apprenticeship training program related to the facilities operations.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience with knowledge of postage equipment.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
