Position Details

As a Technical Business Analyst – Automation & AI at CAA Club Group, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with innovative technology solutions across insurance, telephony, and network domains. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation through automation and AI.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Personal and Commercial Insurance, Telephony, and Network to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Partner with technical teams to design scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to prototype and validate solutions
  • Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist in UAT planning and execution.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot to streamline documentation and reporting processes.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of insurance operations, telephony systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Support project managers in planning, tracking, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to Agile sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover insights and align solutions with strategic goals

 

Who you are:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Microsoft Power Platform credentials are preferred.
  • Proficient in creating Process Design Documents and translating complex workflows into actionable insights.
  • Skilled in applying AI-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
  • Experienced in automation tools like Power Automate and low-code development with Power Apps.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
  •  Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst in IT or Insurance domains.
  • Deep understanding of Personal and Commercial Insurance workflows.
  • Experience with telephony systems (VoIP, IVR) and network operations.
  • Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven success in managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
