About Us

CAA is looking for a recent Human Resources Management graduate who wants to learn about Total Rewards.  In the Total Rewards Coordinator position, you will get exposure to payroll, benefits and disability management.  This role requires someone who is a quick learner and an eye for attention to detail.

Position Details

  • Assist with updating payroll information to ensure all changes and information are processed in SuccessFactors.
  • Support payroll team with communications on various payroll processes and inquiries
  • Assists with Year End processes and inquiries related to T4/RL1 and T2200s.
  • Process benefits, disability and WSIB billing.
  • Support Benefits administration.
  • Process short term disability claim paperwork.

Who you are:

  • Post secondary education in Human Resources Management
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS suite of products
  • CHRP and/or CEBS candidate preferred
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently
