Position Details
As a Travel Customer Care Representative you will do things like help with ticketing and invoice on travel files. You will also contact suppliers. This exciting role gives you the opportunity to explore the travel industry.
What you will do:

Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Consultants

Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current travel protocols

Invoicing travel files for Travel Consultants

Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
-
Support with Travel Consultants with Accounting adjustments. (eg. Verify Travel invoice with Clientlinq files)

Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Consultant requirements
Who you are:
-
1-2 years working customer service and admin experience
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Attention to detail
-
Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
