About Us

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. In addition, you will ensure your clients records and files are consistently up to date and maintained and provide regular follow up with clients.

We are looking for part time Travel Consultants for our Travel Call Centre to work evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity for experienced Travel Agents, students currently enrolled in school, or anyone else looking to kickstart their career in travel. No experience necessary, we will provide training!

Position Details

Who You Are:

  • Available to work weekday evenings 4-8pm and weekends 9am-4:30pm
  • 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a similar environment
  • Prior Travel Agency experience is an asset, but not required
  • TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Available to work flexible call center operation hours
  • Familiarity with Apollo system is a definite asset
  • Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
