About Us

Our Digital Team is looking for a dynamic UX/UI Designer.   The UX/UI Designer produces wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups, define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications for all CAA Club Group online properties. They will communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders. In addition, they will also explore different approaches to solving specific user problems, ensuring the experience is flawless and users are delighted. 


The UX/UI Designer should produce optimal layouts and user controls, maintain a cohesive style guide, ensure a consistent design language is applied across all CAA Club Group digital properties, and all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards. Data, analytics, and user testing results should be analyzed to refine and iterate designs to create the best user experience.

Position Details

What You Will Do

  • Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders
  • Explore different approaches to solving specific user problems, ensuring the experience is flawless and users are delighted
  • Produce optimal layouts and user controls, maintain a cohesive style guide, and ensure a consistent design language is applied across all CCG online properties
  • Ensure work adheres to CCG brand standards, CCG legal compliance rules and WCAG accessibility compliance standards
  • Make necessary adjustments and changes based on amendments to requirements or feedback from stakeholders
  • Ensure designs continue to evolve, and metrics demonstrate growth and improvements
  • Ensure proposed designs are properly translated in code, and the final developed piece is rendering perfectly across browsers and devices

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, fine arts, web design, user experience and user interface design
  • Proven UX/UI experience, demonstrable with a strong, relevant design portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups
  • Creative, excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user interaction and experience
  • Expertise in online usability best practices, thorough knowledge of WCAG compliance standards
  • Expertise in responsive web design
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend data and apply findings to design
  • Advanced experience and proficiency with tools such as, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, knowledge of JavaScript
  • Team player with solid communication skills, able to interact effectively and work collaboratively
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing, demanding environment
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
