About Us

Our Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Unit Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights to join CAA.  In this role you will manage a team of Marketing Analysts & Consultants that provide analytical and consulting services to CAA lines of business and other cross-functional areas in support of their strategic business objectives which include driving awareness, acquisition, retention, sales, customer engagement, product penetration and integration, and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.  You will develop and enhance the teams’ offerings of marketing analytical services supporting all phases of the strategic marketing life cycle including planning, opportunity identification, targeted audience selection, testing optimization (target vs. control), list generation, reporting and post campaign analysis.  This exciting role supports all of CAA’s line of businesses.

Position Details

•Provide integrated insights in response to business challenges and analytical requests by working closely with the Market Research team and other partners to ensure well-rounded stories are crafted and delivered to the business
•Meet and liaise with lines of business and provide analytical project management support including defining the business challenges, problem statement, objectives, hypotheses, methodologies, requirements, scope and outcomes and aligning on timelines and priority
•Proactively plan and allocate team resources. Work with individual team members to effectively plan the project pipeline
•Assist in the building, planning, and implementing elements of the strategic analytical roadmap in areas related to marketing analytics including campaign management, team skills and capabilities, testing optimization and internal processes
•Maintain and grow strategic partnerships with lines of business, cross-enterprise analytics teams and 3rd party data and analytics providers to provide best-in-class offerings

Who You Are
•Post-secondary degree in a related field
•5+ years of experience in campaign management
•5+ years of database marketing experience 
3+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing strong teams
•Advanced SAS/SQL programmer certificate
•3+ years of BI reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or other 
•Working knowledge of SAP, data mining and predictive modeling is an asset
